Thai Massage/Partner Yoga- Partner Yoga utilizes principles of individual posture while incorporating the presence of another to deepen the experience in a posture. Thai Yoga Bodywork is assisted stretching, palm pressing, and feet pressing that leaves the receiver feeling equally calm and energized.
Yin Yoga –Yin Yoga works the deeper levels of the body/heart/mind: the connective tissues of the ligaments, fascia, joints and bones and the energetic channels of the meridians, nerves and blood system.
Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep)*- This inspired, meditative practice requires nothing of you but to lie down and listen. Be supported, held, and nourished as you discover profound peace and vibrant health!
Vinyasa Flow- Yoga poses are intricately linked with the body to the breath. In Vinyasa yoga, the breath fuels one posture into the next creating a fluidity of movement and rhythm. Students are invited to connect with their breath in an intimate way and engage deeply into each yoga posture.
Slackline Yoga- This practice integrates the balance of slacklining with the postures of yoga in a fun, challenging way. Try to balance, sit, stand, or walk on the loose 1″ line a couple feet from the ground. (The Slackline will be out, weather permitting, with no instructor this year.)
*These workshops will provide chair yoga modifications. Sit in the chair instead of on the ground or use the chair during balance positions.
