Check out the Feeding the Gulf Coast, formerly Bay Area Food Bank list,of items they would love for you to donate before the holidays if you can, otherwise it’s FREE admission!

4 PM- Performance with Rebecca Washburn with Modern Reckoning Dance Company and Yogis, Raffle Prize, and Food Announcement.

**These workshops will provide chair yoga modifications as will the main Group practice from 3:30-4pm.
@ 6 pm, stay and play for sunset. Hoop, drum, watch flow arts or meditate.

Fairhope Pier Park down by the water, South of the pier
1 Beach Rd, Fairhope (take Fairhope Ave. west from downtown, towards the water. At the S Mobile St intersection, continue down the hill towards the pier. Yoga Life Fair will be to the left (south) of the pier.
Rain Site: Fairhope United Methodist Church Christian Life Center
155 S Section St. (across Morphy Ave. from Faulkner State University)
Directions from the pier: Go up the hill from the pier and take a right on S. Mobile St. Turn left on the second street (Fels Ave). Follow Fels Ave. until it dead ends into the church parking lot. The building in the back of the parking lot is the CLC.
WHAT TO BRING:
Bring water, yoga mat or beach towel, and nonperishable food items for the Feeding the Gulf Coast if you can! Hula hoops and drums are encouraged if you wish to join the hoopers and drum circle at sunset. You don’t have to bring your paddleboard but you could.
WHAT TO WEAR:
Dress in comfortable, cool clothing. Be prepared to get wet if you are interested in trying paddleboard yoga and be prepared to go upside down if you choose to do aerial workshops. Bring a sweater if events go inside due to rainy weather.
